Hey! Thanks for taking a look at my site! A bit about me: I’ve been doing FFXIV housing and commissions for around 3 years now, and my main goal is to make a space that you love. I can’t say that I have a specific style, as I generally work towards your vision and theme! I’ve completed a large range of projects, from nightclub venues to cottagecore residential homes so I’m very flexible and willing to work toward exactly what you or your FC are looking for :)

*Furniture cost is veryyyy dependent on the marketboard values and data center. If on Aether, I can assist with crafting certain items (you provide material cost), which typically saves a bit of gil!
**Pricing can be slightly negotiable, depending on build complexity & preexisting ‘finished’ areas in the house. Certain things may affect the overall cost, ie: if you’re looking for something to be expedited, of if you wanted a ‘void’ build (iykyk).
